Building AutomationÂ
Building automation is the automatic centralized control of a building’s heating, ventilation and air conditioning, lighting and other systems through our hardware & IoT software. The objectives of building automation are better employee comfort, efficient operation of building systems, reduction in energy consumption and operating costs, improved life cycle of utilities and digital automation.

Smart ApplicationÂ
Smart application is an Intelligence based application, which makes building focus on the control of building equipment remotely without human intervention. The application remotely connects humans with building facilities. This application allows occupants to express their comfort level and the system takes care of the rest. The occupants could open the window in a sunny afternoon, or dim the conference room lights during presentation with a few taps on their phone. With smart application you can define the workspace into different zones according to the layout and seating plan, you can also allow each employee to control lighting and A/C with smartphone app. Our A.I. system is designed to understand your feeling. Tell our system your preference via the smartphone app, and our system picks the best for your future usage!

Create a Comfort Environment & Reduce Carbon Emissions
Intelligent building focuses on the control of building equipment while smart building extends the scope with human interactions. We develop building applications that connect human with building facilities, for instance, a mobile application that allows occupants to express their comfort level and the system will take care of the rest; they could open the window in a sunny afternoon, or dim the conference room lights during presentation with a few taps on their phone. The next generation smart building not only enhances people’s living quality, it also has a positive impact on the building energy consumption, which contributes to the reduction of carbon emissions.
Key Features
- Sun shading system working in conjunction with dimmable lighting system. Motorized curtain reacts with different scenario based on outdoor brightness, together with dimmable lighting system to maximize energy saving by utilizing natural light source as a priority.
- Automatic temperature control based on thermal comfort model. Traditional fan coil control methodology considers solely on temperature itself as the indicator for set point adjustment. Our thermal comfort algorithm takes human as the core indicator, together with data such as indoor and outdoor temperature to improve the air conditioning controls.

iATM Automation
An iEMS can be modified and redesigned for use in ATMs. Here the BiB is used for automating the AC and signage control with inputs from sensors. This helps us reduce energy consumption greatly. Also the ATM machine can reset remotely and the UPS can also be controlled and kept a check on. Know more about iATM
Smart Application for iATM
An IoT device analyses the inputs in real time and provides us with the ability to interface various devices and let’s us have a detailed database of information on the energy consumption done in the network.

EC FAN
EC Motor Fan or Electronically commutated fan for AHUs has a higher efficiency (40% more) even in part loads with compact external rotor design, integrated electronics provides speed control, mains supply 1 phase AC or 3 phase AC. The on-board integrated electronics include a rectifier, a controller for directing the current value, and position of the magnet can be determined by using Hall effect sensors. The bearings of the impeller are completely removed. The amount of maintenance needed by the EC Motor is much less than AC Driven motor and it has a larger scope for IoT integration.
HVAC and Indoor Air Quality
The main purposes of a Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) system are to help maintain good indoor air quality through adequate ventilation with filtration and provide thermal comfort. The choice and design of the HVAC system can also affect many other high performance goals, including water consumption (water cooled air conditioning equipment) and acoustics. Our HVAC systems provide fresh air volume modulation and volume selection based upon enthalpy and demand along with dynamic pressure balancing by damper control to maintain positive pressure. It also allows indirect heat transfer from exhaust air. It uses 2-way valve control based upon the Mix/supply air temperature and EAC & UV filtration for PM and pathogens. It has control over the Humidifying / Dehumidifying feature with respect to Dew Point.
Centralised Monitoring
We pioneer in energy analytics and simplify energy management systems through (SaaP) Service as-a-pay platform and centralise it. BuildINT is an IoT based energy management system that provides real time information for the corporation’s building energy consumption. With BuildINT you can understand where energy is being consumed which helps building managers to optimize the energy report, monitor data and analyse it to reduce energy wastage and increase company revenue, besides leaving a greener footprint.
Energy Optimization
One of the most cost-effective methods of reducing energy use and optimizing consumption involves efficient control sequencing. For example, instead of running one 100 horsepower pump at 100 percent speed to maintain the required flow, it is much more efficient to run two 100 horsepower pumps at 50 percent speed for each pump. According to the pump affinity laws, the 100 horsepower pump operating at 100 percent consumes around 75 to 80 kW in power. Two 100 horsepower pumps operating at 50 percent consume a much lower energy consumption (total around 18 to 22 KW). When the pumps are controlled at half speed, they run at one eighth of their power, which creates greater efficiency overall. The pumps are controlled to provide the exact amount of chilled water flow. This is done with the help of our Build in Boxes and iControlling systems. respect to Dew Point.
UV & EAC
Electronic Air Cleaners are devices which use electric charge for removal of impurities from the air. An EAC paired with UV lighting helps eliminate not just fine particles or aerosols but also any attached pathogens to improve indoor air quality without the need for disposable media filters. This helps in maintaining a clean, hygienic environment while reducing energy costs. The UV-C technology renders virus, bacteria, and fungal organisms inactive and highly efficient filtration system improves the life of the AHUs, reducing the total energy consumption and associated costs.
